4. Purchase of digital products
When you purchase an ebook or workbook from fourquartersmethod.com:

Prices are displayed in euros (€). Currency conversion for non-eurozone customers is handled by your bank at its applicable rate

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email, a download link for the product, and a receipt. Download links are issued for personal use; reissue requests after 90 days may incur an administrative fee.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund policy
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, provided you have explicitly waived this right at checkout.
You waive this right by selecting the corresponding checkbox confirming acknowledgment that the product is a digital download and that the right of withdrawal expires upon initiation of the download.

Purchase of an ebook or workbook grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

The licence does not permit:

7. Intellectual property

Subscribers to the email list will receive the weekly newsletter and occasional product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.
"Notify me" signups receive only communications relating to the specified upcoming products, plus a launch confirmation, unless general newsletter consent has also been given.
We do not sell email addresses to third parties.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
