Website usage data. When you visit the website, we collect IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring source. This data is used for analytics and security.

Newsletter and Starter Kit signups. Email address and first name, used to deliver requested content and the weekly newsletter.

"Notify me" signups. Email address and selected product interests, used to notify you when those products launch.

Purchase data. Name, email, billing address, and payment information are collected by our payment processor, Wix.

We receive name, email, and country of purchase. We do not store card details.

Direct correspondence. Any data you send by email.

We do not collect special-category health data, sensitive personal information, or browsing data from third-party websites.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

Consent — for newsletter and notification emails
Contract — for processing purchases and delivering products
Legitimate interest — for analytics and website security
Legal obligation — for tax and accounting records (Dutch law requires retention for seven years

This website is not directed at individuals under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Suspected violations should be reported to info@fourquartersmethod.com.
